Please come wearing sweatshirts and T-shirts you have at home.

[Our Recommendation]

We would like to see whether or not you are moving correctly based on the movement of your bones.

You will receive better quality lessons and result if you wear clothes that doesn't cover your body lines.

* Choose fitted clothes that doesn't constrict your body

* Since you will be lifting your legs a lot, it is best to avoid wearing a pair of trousers with flares

* We recommend a pair of leggings

* If your hair covers the nape of your neck, we have to ask you to tie it up for safety. (We have hair rubber)

* Both long sleeved and short sleeved shirts are fine

* 5-toe socks with grips or bare feet are highly recommend

[Those who do not want to show your body line]
